This 6 week program is a high intensity plan for those who love to get their sweat on.

 

This is my most intense program as far as high intensity goes.  This is for you if you love challenge workouts and a lot of variety.  There are options for both home or the gym.

 

This program will help you burn fat, and begin to build some muscle. 

 

Depsite it's high intensity it is completley scalable to all fitness levels.

 

You'll enjoy a range of workouts including High Intensity interval training, Strength training, and rest/LISS days, each designed to target specific muscle groups for maximum results.

 

This program also includes essential components for success: mindset and nutrition practices for each week. These practices, along with the challenging workouts, are designed to support you every step of the way.

 

Choose from the home or gym versions of each workout, complete with video links to help guide you.

 

All you need for the home workouts are some dumbbells, a bench, and exercise bands with a typical workout time of 50 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
