If you like a challenge, and want something that will get you in shape, this program is for you. I signed up to do a 100 mile bike race and with 3 kids, it was very challenging to get out on the bike on weekdays. I started doing Jamileh's Build & Burn program and soon realized my Saturday morning bike rides began to feel easier and I was able to increase my pace.  Not only was I feeling more physically fit, but my clothes started fitting better and my friend at the gym even made a comment saying I looked more toned. I'm looking forward to the next program

I have absolutely loved following Jamileh’s build and burn 7 week gym program! I don’t have to spend tons of time before going to the gym to put together a workout that is a challenge but not impossible! She’s already done the work! 10/10 would recommend!
I just completed the 6 week vol 1 program and oh my goodness it was a challenge but in the best way! I had to modify a few things but that wasn't a big deal to me, gives me something to work for! The workouts are extremely effective and never boring. I never left the gym feeling like I didn't get an incredible workout. I really enjoyed having structure and not having to come up with workouts myself.
